A huge bag of squash, a huge bag of pears, a huge bag of green beans, a huge bag of grapes, a huge bag of cherry tomatoes, 3 baskets of strawberries, 2 apples and a bunch of bananas = $12!
I love the pictures...and it is so funny....sort of like a day in my life....nothing like a swap meet and Sam's club....and just between you and me... in my poor(er) single mom days, if I timed it just right, I could feed the kids with all of the samples...they thought they were living high on the hog...and I was thankful they had food :)
What a fun day! I haven't been to the swap meet in ages. I usually like to go and just browse the aisles, but I need to remember the tip you told me about the produce section: go when they're about to close so they give you awesome deals!

I'm a stay at home mama who starting sewing adorable "Lids" for my son in 2006. Before I knew it, friends and family were requesting Lids for their kids and baby shower gifts. I decided to sew my little heart out and start Eli's Lids! I've worked really hard to create a unique practical style for moms just like me. I hope you like them too. Many Blessings from my family to yours!
