My Grandmom recently told me that she hasn't been enjoying my blog.
-Why? (I asked)
-"Because you are talking about all these other people."
Can you blame her?
She is my Grandmom.
All the awesome 3rd Birthday Bash Giveaways have been taking away from my usual posts.
So here is a little tip I LOVE from my Grandmom, the amazing Betty Rose...
Cut your dish sponge in half. Then the sponge is the perfect size to scrub all the hard to reach pans and it lasts twice as long!
Disclaimer for my Mom (Suzie Says): She hates this tip.
But what does she know!?!?
Don't forget to enter all our current Birthday Bash giveaways...

...designer Labor and Delivery Gown by B.Y.O.G. here! Ends 10/2

Family + blog = confusion
in my world anyway. Actually, my mom and my sister don't like my blog, think it's a waste of time, and refuse to hear anything about it. So. But i won a cake plate today, so SMILEEE! :-D
I'm a sponge cutter, too! :)
I like your Grandma's Tip. I think I'll use it :)
Good advice about the shopping list. Maybe I'll try that one week when I actually go shopping. I usually only do that like once a month and just go to the store to pick up fresh milk, cheese and fruit...lol. I'm LAZY!
Cute Lids!
I love the sponge tip. I recently cut my sponge in 4th to better clean my cupcake pans {lots of cleaning wen you bake 8 dozen} the blog crush meet up looks like so much fun{although I don't know anyone who blogs and unfortunately live all the way out in the IE}Love your blog! createdbydiane.blogspot.com
What do you mean, what does she know???? I'm not a sponge cutter either.
I love this tip too, but every time I cut the dish sponge in half, my hubby retaliates by not doing the dishes! He says it's too small for his hands. I think he just wants an excuse to bow out of his chore!
I've been cutting sponges for years now, too. And I microwave them when they are wet to "kill" the germs (not sure if it works, but I think it does). Jason scoffs at the mini-size sponges (b/c his hands are so large, but that's b/c he's a giant). I figure a sponge cut is a penny (maybe even a quarter) saved!
